I started my career in operations as a Chief of Staff. It truly proplled me into the "jack of all trades" brand that I was able to establish. It created the foundation for my operational knowledge and gave me opportunity to have exposure to many different content groups. I now started my own company to help early-stage companies establish their operational foundation. Many engagements I work on are part-time /fractional chief of staff roles.
