I recently joined Crisis Text Line as Chief of Staff to our CEO to help establish and guide strategy, facilitate communication and storytelling, and expand the fundraising bandwidth for our senior leaders (CTL is a nonprofit). I'm hoping to learn from other CoS about he tools they use, the strategies they find effective, and how they grapple with the flexible boundaries of the CoS role.
