I'm currently the Chief of Staff to the CEO at Sendoso. A large part of my role is spent on communications - enabling the exec and leadership to communicate more effectively and focus on the top company priorities, communicating important updates to the broader organization, and spending significant time with leaders across the organization to understand pain points and raise these to the executive team. I also own board presentations, Annual Planning, OKRs, and Monthly Business Reviews. What I'm hoping to learn / share with the community: - Swap best practices and learnings on organization, project planning, and leading/directing a diverse and experienced leadership team - Career coaching, specifically around what comes next after a CoS role - Knowledge sharing re: Annual Planning and OKR processes
